Florida's board of Education Standards Committee approves the specific inclusion of evolution as part of the standard science curriculum.

Congratulations to all who had a hand in the Florida Science Standards. The addition of the words "Scientific Theory" to Evolution is a great victory over popular and powerful forces of ignorance. In "Science" how can a "Theory" be anything other than Scientific?
